Reservations for Special Events & Disco Nights

Places can be booked provisionally by telephone but must be confirmed by sending in an official booking form (where applicable) with a deposit of £5.00 per person 7 days prior to the booking date. If deposits are not received within the time stated, places will be offered for resale.

SPECIAL DIET:
Group organisers are requested to ensure that all special dietary requirements (eg. vegetarian, ethnic) are notified in advance. A vegetarian menu is available.

RESPONSIBILITY:
The person who signs the booking form (The Organiser) is responsible for all payments and amendments. Should any changes be requested for your party, these must be authorised by Maxi’s Restaurant.
In the case of any damages, it is the responsibility of the Organiser to ensure that guests behave in an orderly manner whilst dining in the restaurant. Any damages caused will be evaluated with the total cost incurred passed on to the Organiser.
We reserve the right to refuse admission to any guest behaving in an improper manner.

ACCOUNT FACILITIES:
Any party wishing to have account facilities must make a credit application at least 6 weeks prior to it being required.

COMPANY CHEQUES:
Parties wishing to pay by company cheque must inform Maxi’s Restaurant prior to reservation date.
Acceptance of company cheques is subject to authorisation from Transax.

TAXI ARRANGEMENTS:
Maxi’s Restaurant cannot be held responsible for any taxi’s booked on behalf of customers or any taxi mix-ups. It is recommended that all guests requiring taxi’s make prior arrangements themselves to avoid delays and arrange to wait outside the restaurant at the appropriate time.
